Flexibility and Conditioning is not just for dancers who want better control of their body and to look more graceful when performing choreography, but for everyone that is looking to be more in tune with their body. 

Our courses range from ones that are for students just starting their flexibility training, to ones that involve higher level contortion.

Courses offered include Flex, Contortion, Pole Conditioning and more. Courses are skills and abilities focused and does not incorporate choreography. 

FLEX / Flexibility

FLEX is for anyone that is new to stretching and flexibility training. No previous experience is needed. The course will work on improving your overall flexibility and help you in achieving front splits, box/middle splits and backbends.

Contortion Level 1

Contortion Level 1 is an extreme flexibility course. Students must have experience on flexibility training including training towards achieving front splits, box/middle splits and backbends before enrolling in this course.

Contortion Level 1

Contortion Level 1 is an extreme flexibility course. Students must have experience on flexibility training including training towards achieving front splits, box/middle splits and backbends before enrolling in this course.

Contortion Level 2

Contortion Level 2 is a higher level extreme flexibility course. Students who want to enroll in this course must be able to perform front splits, box splits and bridges already. Throughout the course, the instructor will be helping students achieve higher level contortion positions.

Contortion Level 2

Contortion Level 2 is a higher level extreme flexibility course. Students who want to enroll in this course must be able to perform front splits, box/middle splits and bridges already. Throughout the course, the instructor will be helping students achieve higher level contortion positions.

Tone & Stretch

Tone & Stretch incorporates flexibility and light strength training. This course is complimentary towards those learning all aerial arts and pole disciplines. In this course students will learn a variety of flexibility and injury prevention exercises. Aerial stretching is a great opportunity to build up the body for progressing training loads and/ or achieving that specific trick you’re after. No flexibility or strength training experience required.

8 Routine Classes, No Performance Class, No Choreography

Tone and Stretch

Tone & Stretch incorporates flexibility and light strength training. This course is complimentary towards those learning all aerial arts and pole disciplines. In this course students will learn a variety of flexibility and injury prevention exercises. Aerial stretching is a great opportunity to build up the body for progressing training loads and/ or achieving that specific trick you’re after. No flexibility or strength training experience required.

 

8 Week Course:

8 Routine Classes, No Performance Class, No Choreography

Pole Conditioning

Make the hard look easy, make the easy look beautiful!

This course will focus on strengthening necessary muscle groups for pole dancing including upper body strength, core, gripping strength, straight leg strength and all other major muscle groups.

Students will also be taught how to use your upper body muscles to do soft landings instead of just dropping to the floor in order to prevent unnecessary injuries when getting off from the pole.

8 Routine Classes, No Performance Class, No Choreography

Pole Conditioning
