Floor Technique

This course is a combination of dance and gymnatics with more focus being put on improving students’ ability to perform dance movements on the floor with grace. Students can either take this course to add more dance elements to their pole dance routines or just as a introduction to modern dance.

Floor Tricks

This unique course taught by Jay is a combination of gymnastics, dancing, and aerial tricks. Students will learn how to perform flips and tumbles on the floor and develop body awareness that is very useful in dancing and acrobatics. The flips and tumbles will be performed on a tumble track mattress plus elevated flooring system to ensure students’ safety during learning. For this class it is recommended that students have basic experience in flexibility classes or yoga and is able to perform bridges (hold for 5 seconds), front splits (either side left or right) and able to hold plank for 10 seconds.

Floor Tricks

This unique course taught by Jay is a combination of gymnastics, dancing, and aerial tricks. Handstand Lv1 is for anyone looking to learn the technique and basic fundamentals required to perform a handstand. Students will develop the necessary strength and flexibility for correct alignment and control whilst upside down. Students will be progressing towards a freestanding handstand in this course. For this course no experience is required. However we do recommend this course to students that can confidently hold a plank or support hold for 30 seconds or longer.
